Product of Spain. Round grain rice, blending the qualities of Sénia and Bomba rice. It's protected by the Valencia Rice D.O. and is a natural product from Albufera. Grown traditionally with hand-weeding and sun-drying in Mediterranean breezes, it cooks in about 18 minutes. This rice keeps its shape and firmness while absorbing flavors, making it perfect for all types of rice dishes, most specifically Paella.
