It is a Koroneiki monovarietal extra virgin olive oil from the PDO region of Lasithi. It is situated in the northeast part of the mythical island of Crete. The area benefits from year-round mild climate, long sunny days and northern winds carried by the Aegean Sea. Intense, from deep green to golden green. Green fruitiness with aromas of green apples, freshly cut grass, and notes of artichoke, olive leaf. Fruity taste with light intensity of bitterness. A healthy solution suitable for everyday cooking.
