Feeding recomendations:

For Chickens and Ducks: No more than a very small handful per bird per day. Approx 10 to 20 worms per hen / per day

For small aviary birds & quail:Â 5 - 10 mealworms per day.

For reptiles: 5 - 10 mealworms per day.
