ORGANIC JASMINE GOLD DRAGON – A particularly good jasmine tea – hence the moniker Gold Dragon (gold
means wealth, prosperity, money and dragon means long life and strength). The jasmine tree comes into bloom only during May and June. The blossom only lasts for about 12 hours and only comes out at night after the sun goes down. About half way through the night the fragrance is at its peak and it is at this time the blossoms need to be picked and layered into the tea. This process is carried out on five successive evenings to impart the superior flavor of specially selected tea and jasmine flowers.

ORGANIC SENCHA AKAIKE – An excellent luxury green tea for everyday drinking from Kagoshima. Certified organic. A medium-bodied Sencha that tends lightly vegetative with hints of cut grass. Known to be high in polyphenols. The infusion is avocado-like green with brightness.
