The chemical free process uses naturally occurring CO2, high pressure and temperature to extract the caffeine; no chemical solvents are used. Please choose from the following teas:

DECAFFEINATED ASSAM – Decaffeinated Assam black tea with traditional malty flavours. Decaffeinated using the CO2 method by Harney & Sons. Medium strength.

DECAFFEINATED EARL GREY – This decaffeinated black tea (flowery pekoe grade) is full flavoured with excellent Earl Grey notes from natural oil of bergamot. Also contains cornflower petals. The infusion is bright with coppery highlights. Medium strength.

DECAFFEINATED ENGLISH BREAKFAST – This is a wonderful decaffeinated black tea (flowery pekoe grade). The blend is based on flowery pekoe leaf from Sri Lanka’s Dimbula region, harvested high up in the mountains above Colombo.
