Peek Over The Tussocks

We hiked up the top of our hill block to bring the cattle down ready for calving. I tagged along to capture some shots of our cattle right up the top. I was worried I wouldn't see any, and I was under a time constraint as I had to pick my kids up from school. I wanted to share with you this photo first. This was my very first glimpse of a small mob of the cattle as I was approaching the top. They were all curiously looking at what the noise was that was approaching them (and the huffing and puffing from me ). I love how they are peeking over the tussock grass. I was nervous they would get a fright and run away.
