Shimano GRX RX822 1x12 Rear Derailleur

The Shimano GRX RX822 12-speed rear derailleur is designed for gravel use with 1x drivetrains and and mountain bike cassette. It has quiet, reliable shifting and excellent chain security.

In the version with a long SGS cage, it is compatible with the 10-51t ratio and the shorter GS cage shifts cassettes with 10-45t. In fact, the cage can be replaced, so you don't need a completely new rear derailleur when you change the cassette. Both versions feature Shadow Plus technology, a built-in chain stabiliser that prevents the chain from slapping on rough surfaces and thus counteracts chain drop. The function can also be switched off when you are riding on smoother roads or when you want to remove the wheel
