Our Vegan Beef Wellington Feeds 6-8 people. The 'Beef' is made with lentils, black beans, veges and herbs and spices, wrapped in a mushroom duxelle and flakey pastry. Accompanied by a vegan gravy! All you have to do on Christmas day is throw it in the oven for 45mins and its ready to be enjoyed!
