Each chewable calcium tablet contains:
- calcium citrate tetrahydrate (948mg)
- equiv. calcium (200mg)
- cholecalciferol (vitamin D 164 IU) (4.1 micrograms)
- lactose and fructose
Products containing mannitol and xylitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhea. Vitamins can only be of assistance if your intake of vitamins is inadequate.
