Our Manuka Blend honey has been freshly harvested from Native Forests in the South Island of New Zealand. We don't heat our honey beyond natural hive temperatures - ensuring our honey retains it's healthy enzymes and full flavour.

This honey has a lovely mild flavour and sweet aroma. Perfect to enjoy on toast or add to a cup of tea.
