Tomato Chili Relish

Preservations goal is to save abundant produce from going to waste. Their products are batch-crafted from local produce that would otherwise go to waste. Samantha Burgess is the preserver and based in Tauranga.

Made with fresh tomatoes & real chilis, this relish is oven roasted for hours which gives it richness with a gentle kick.

Perfect with just about anything savoury - eggs, BBQ's, pasta, baking and cheese.

Add to pasta sauce for added flavour, dollop on baked potatoes or on thick pumpkin soup
