We do not offer replacements or refunds for any cosmetic damage after use. Ie; if you drop the bottle and broke the lid, paint peeling off, dented the bottle, or any leak after using for a while. We're also not responsible for chewed up or torn straw lids.
Spout lid has a little silicone ring under the cap. We recommend to wash it regularly. It can come off while using or washing. Please be careful not to lose the ring. We sell replacement rings if needed, and we do not send replacements for free once it's been used.
