Using intervals to push yourself is a way to fast track your progress as the higher effort leads to more recruitment which leads to economy at lower intensity endurance paddling. Being able to see your watch to focus and calibrate your effort is an advantage in this circumstance.

These watch holders come in two styles: one for flat top decks and one for curved top decks. In the Notes section of the order form, please tell us your boat model so we can send the appropriate watch holder.
