Magnesium (from 928mg complex of Magnesium Oxide, Magnesium Glycinate, Magnesium Citrate) 500mg

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid (vegetable source), vegetarian coating, hydroxypropyl cellulose and stearic acid.

Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish or shellfish ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Directions

Take 2 tablets daily. Can be taken in separate doses.
