Celery (apium graveolens) seed 100mg, Aloe barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Gel 250mg, Chlorella vulgaris (Chlorella) Whole Plant Powder 100mg, Malus domestica (Apple) Fruit Fibre 100mg, Linum usitatissimum (Flax) Seed Powder 200mg, Psyllium Husk Powder 200mg.

Directions

Can be taken over 7 days or 1 month:
7 Day cleanse : Adults: Take 4 capsules 3 times daily before food until finished, or as professionally advised.
1 month maintenance cleanse: Adults: Take 3 capsules in the morning before food, or as professionally advised. Capsules can be opened and added to food.
