NOW Foods SAMe 400mg contains SAMe (S-adenosylmethionine), a compound native to the body, that is a component of many biochemical reactions, including brain biochemistry and joint health. SAMe is critical for the synthesis of neurotransmitters, is important for energy production in the brain, supports the maintenance of healthy cell membrane function, and cartilage metabolism. Natural colour variation may occur in this product.

Also contains: Microcrystalline cellulose, Stearic acid (vegetable source), pharmaceutical glaze, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide, glycerin, sodium alginate and l-arginine.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet 2 to 4 times daily, preferably on an empty stomach.
