Magnesium 50mg) 250mg; Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6 50mg) 63mg; Zinc amino acid chelate complex (equiv. Zinc 10mg) 50mg.
Also contains: magnesium stearate & silicone dioxide.
