We will need the following details to quote for your custom mattress: For square cornered mattresses: - The length and width in centimetres of the mattress you require - Thickness: If you would like a different thickness to standard cot (10cm), please state this in your email.
For round cornered mattresses: - Pattern made from cardboard or paper (this helps us to get the corners accurate) - The length and width in centimetres of the mattress you require (measure through the middle)

Timeframe:
Our porta custom mattresses are usually made 4.5cm thick, if you want a custom thickness this may take longer and will cost more. Generally, it takes 1-2 weeks to make a custom mattress.
Material Costs: (based on standard sized porta cot ~ three options below)

Please note that our quote will be based upon the measurements you provide, and porta cots come in a range of sizes. Also, as this mattress is made to order it cannot be returned.

Mattress safety:
The materials used to make this product comply with the new AS/NZS Voluntary Standard (AS/NZS 8811.1:2013 Methods of testing infant products – Sleep Surfaces - Test for firmness).
For unusually sized cots, we suggest getting a custom mattress to fit your baby's bed suitably to provide a safe sleeping environment.

Our foam for these mattresses is infused with Ultra-Fresh, a proven anti-microbial compound. to control the growth of mould, mildew, and bacteria, ensure the integrity of foam performance, and make an inhospitable environment for dusty mites to survive. We can supply testing reports for the foam we use if requested.
