Warm fermented with a lager yeast, and dry hopped early in fermentation helps deliver the unique yet highly satisfying flavours from the Mosaic, Simcoe and Citra hops. Very pale colour, light body, dry and bitter finish and explosion of hop flavours. Take a sip. Close your eyes and say Aaaahhhhhh.
