Our new certified o rganic, single origin coffee is grown in the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea. This area is well-known for high-altitude coffee farms of over 7,000 feet (2,100 meters) above sea level. The chilly temperatures and fertile volcanic soils heavily influence the sublime flavour profiles of the coffee beans cultivated here.

Tasting Notes: Aroma of black tea, spices, roasted nuts and chocolate.

Flavours of dark spices, bakers chocolate, black tea, roasted nuts with citric hints and a long burnt caramel after taste.
