Directions:

Take 1 tablet daily with water. Take either 30 minutes before eating or 2 hours after a meal.

Ingredients:

Each tablet contains:
Ascorbic acid (Vit C) 200mg
Sodium Ascorbate (Vit C) 338mg
Echinacea purpurea extrace 153.85mg
Garlic extract 1mg
Zinc Citrate Trihydrate 6.4mg

Warnings:

Do not use with blood thinning medication. Do not use if you have a diagnosed daisy allergy. Not to be used in children under 2 years of age without medical advice. Do not use in pregnancy except with medical advice.

have a daisy allergy and be reactive to Echinacea.
