Zinc Gluconate (Equiv. Zinc 7mg) 55mg No artificial flavours, sweeteners, preservatives or colours used in this product. No added sugar, gluten egg, crustacean, fish, dairy or wheat.
Dosage: Adults: Take one capsule daily with food or as professionally advised.
Warnings:

- This product contains Selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150mcg should not be exceeded.
