DIRECTIONS
Suitable 3 months Diffusion: Add 4-6 drops to water in your diffuser. Massage or bath: Add recommended number of drops to carrier oil before adding to bath or massaging chest, arms or legs. For 3 to 24 months: 1 drop to 1 tablespoon of carrier oil For 24 months : 4 drops to one tablespoon of carrier oil.

Ingredients: Lavandin (Lavandula hybrida), Organic Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Sweet Orange (Citrus aurantium dulcis), Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile).
