Bouju’s wine have been travelling for a long time and we recommend to enjoy them from September 2024 onwards it feel free to grab some now !

The Pinot Noir is from one of Patrick's oldest plots in Madraque, macerated in whole bunches, and aged for 12 months in old barrels and amphorae on the lees.

It's bright and lifted with a nice acidity. The dense fruit of the Pinot is balanced by a bloody, savoury note.
