• We put a lot of love & care into each of the custom pieces, therefore it normally takes 1-3 working days for the Raya initial necklace to be shipped out. For urgent orders, please email hello@barejewellery.co.nz

• We do not accept or exchanges due to the nature of a custom piece unless you have received a defective item.

• Please avoid pulling the necklace too hard in your daily tasks, because the Raya initial necklace is very dainty & delicate, we use a very thin chain (approx. 1mm) for this design.
