Unbaked Raspberry, Coconut Slice (Vegan, Gluten Free, Low Refined Sugar)

Delicious and nutritious! Raspberry, Coconut and Chocolate Slice. Yum coconut base with a sweet raspberry centre, dark chocolate top with freeze dried raspberry.

Baked Boutiques seasonal unbaked sweet treats. All Vegan, gluten free and have low refined sugars. I use 72% dark chocolate but otherwise refined sugar free! All slices contain nuts.

Available by the slab (32 Pieces) or Half Slab (16 pieces)

Storage / health and safety:
All slices and brownies should be kept in the refrigerator but are best enjoyed at room temperature. Slices and brownies are best eaten within 3 days.

Please advise if you have any allergies. As I bake with nuts, gluten and dairy I cannot eliminate cross contamination.
PICK UP SATURDAY MORNING Pick up is available Saturday morning between 10am-12pm from Katikati or Waihi. Please contact me directly for pick up outside of this window.

Order cut-off times:

Order by midday Monday for baking. Please allow 2 weeks notice for bespoke cakes and dessert platters.
