Grafted Hildewintera Aureispina Cristata - Rat tail Crest

This is the cristata version of the rat tail cactus. normally this cactus grows long columnar plants, but the cristata version will grow into a fan shape and may fold to form a brain shaped plant over time.

This plant comes in a 8cm nursery pot.

Watering

Water this plant when the soil is dry, they like a well draining mix. Allowed to dry out between watering. Water only from September to March and only very sparingly in the winter.

Lighting

Bright light on a sunny windowsill to full sun, avoid hot afternoon sun as this can scorch the plants and kill them.
