Your Ayurvedic Retreat Package Includes:

- A Personal Ayurvedic consultation with Sarita prior to the retreat

- Your own customised treatment plans
- Ayurvedic gift bag (neti pot, tongue scraper, dosha specific oil sample, Garshana mitten) value $100 and w elcome health tonic on arrival
- Ayurvedic plant-based meals (Thursday lunch and dinner, three meals on Friday and Saturday, breakfast and lunch on Sunday)
- Daily Yoga classes with Sarita (Thursday evening, morning and evening practice on Friday and Saturday, morning class on Sunday)
- Two Ayurvedic treatments (Abyanga massage, Shirodhara, Nasya, Garshana, Marma Therapy). You can also purchase additional treatments.
