About This Product:

The 2004 Bathurst 1000 pole position was clinched by Steven Richards, driving the No. 11 Holden VY Commodore for Perkins Engineering. After qualifying third fastest, Richards' shootout lap of 2 minutes 7.9611 seconds around the iconic Mount Panorama circuit showcased his skill and determination. Incredibly, it was the fastest by only 0.0012 seconds, marking the closest-ever pole position margin in the history of the Great Race.

It was the first and only pole position for Steven Richards at Bathurst, despite winning the event five times over the course of his career.
