HEELS / BURLESQUE

This energetic class is all about fostering body confidence, channeling your power, expression, and guiding you through movement in a sexy, confident way, alongside supportive students and dancers from all levels of skill, body types, gender identities, and backgrounds. Sexy while being classy.

No heels required. No dance experience required. Just attitude.

Using uplifting, commercial music from artists like Beyonce, Ariana, Rihanna, and more), come and get fit, make amazing friends, and be part of a supportive, joyful community. In this class you will work on developing charisma and stage presence (even those who are too nervous to get onto a stage!).
