Smoked Warehou, skinless

Our smoked warehou fillets are packed in 500g and 1kg vacumn bag. Aquafresh warehou is caught in New Zealand waters. It is taken fresh from our boats, prepared and smoked using South Island beech and manuka and then vacuum packed to seal in its fresh flavour and moistness.
