ONDINE #3 (2024)

Part of a series of small studies I made in the middle of 2024. She has an earthy, visceral dynamism. I love that she's reminiscent of Munch.

Using a photograph of a friend dancing in the shallows at Thorne Bay, I wanted to discover what working on paper was like as I worked with my perennial interests:

Lyricism. Colour. Form. Interaction. Transparency. Figure. Abstraction.
