On top of being completely Coeliac accredited, our Spiced Bread Mix is also vegan, dairy, soy, nut, and egg free and you can easily alter the recipe ever so slightly to be sugar free too.

One 5kg bag of Spiced Mix will make 10 large loaves, or you can really get creative and make plenty of hot cross buns to satisfy the cravings of all. A 5kg bag usually lasts one person 5-6 weeks depending on how much you love eating your spiced loaves and how often you whip up some extra tasty treats.
