Olive and Tomato Moroccan Couscous

 

New Zealand olives with sundried tomato, Israeli couscous and Alexandra’s Moroccan spices make an exotic dish as a meal on its own or as a side dish. Just add water.

Just add to a pot of water, simmer, rest, and serve. Ready in 15 minutes. Serves 4.

Handmade in New Zealand. Vegan friendly. Contains gluten.
