Al Brown x Champion Knives Limited Edition chef’s knives hand crafted by Hayden Scott out West.

Haydo was Al’s right hand man in the kitchen for over 10 years before pursuing his love of steel and fire to now produce custom knives in his West Auckland workshop.

We have 3 only large and 3 only medium chef’s knives. When they’re gone, they’re gone!

The Pohutakawa handles are from trees on Al’s property on the Northland coast. Every knife is unique with natural variation in wood colour and grain. Large Chef’s Knife
