Ice Dubbing is a micro fine metallic strand ideal for dubbing as it gives amazing reflections on bodies, thoraxes and tails. This fly tying dubbing is as fine as you can get measuring approximately 17 microns, it was specially made to be ultrafine.

The hair on these tails makes beautiful wing material for small streamers, steelhead and Atlantic salmon Flies. The hair is straight and finely tapered. It is slick and stacks easily in a stacker. Extremly soft, highly mobile with a pulsating action.

Dubbing can be created by using dubbing loops, wax and thread, however intended to make tying simpler and faster. With the thread and correct quantity loose fibres for either nymphs and larger flies this ready made dubbing makes tying faster and simple. Simply tie on using your thread and wrap the Nymph Dub around the hook for a complete body.

Kiptail (aka Calftail) is a very versatile fly tying material commonly used for hair wings and tails on flies and jigs. This is a natural product and as such the size, hair thickness, and color can vary from one tail to another.

Tying some extra-large rabbit strip flies Magnum cut (1/4" wide) zonker strips may be what you need. These soft-tanned strips work great for larger freshwater and saltwater patterns. Approximately 2ft./package.

Come from Rabbit skins. 3 mm strips cut from soft rabbit skins. Used in Zonker, Matuka style patterns. Rabbit fur is useful for tying wet and nymph bodies. Easy to dub.
