Boosted Products
Your products appear higher in search results whenever a customer does a search. That doesn’t mean you will always appear in number one position on every search, rather when all factors are compiled the search algorithm will add an additional "boost" or ranking point to boosted stores for more visibility.
Promoted Products
Your products are displayed in Auto-ads above search results for more visibility. Products are automatically assigned by keywords matched to the users’ searches. All your products in Premium and Pro are eligible based on the words in your products names and descriptions. Products can additionally be manually assigned to searches using "meta keywords" for any product with words that don't appear in the product name or description.
